To encourage and guide you along the way, each of the four weeks includes a meal planner, a grocery shopping list, a habit and mood tracker, an exercise log and detailed daily food tracker sheets to record intake of calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber and net carbs, followed by a daily self assessment to record your thoughts about how you did each day.
Towards the end of the planner are forty recipe sheets to capture and take notes about your favorite meals for your continued enjoyment.
