There is heaven and hell for those dearly departed remembered by the living, but muZz is the place where unspoken, untold dreams and secrets go when those who made and hid them expired. On the train heading towards muZz, a girl wakes up and finds herself unable to remember anything about herself and surrounded by odd creatures. muZz is the story of her re-self discovery.
I love FsC. Love love love her work. My personal favorite of hers is "mince", a single-issue comic about struggling with suicidal psychosis. MuZz is... I have no idea. I don't know what's happening and It was a struggle to read but who cares - you will NEVER see anything like this, which is just FcS being the comic queen she is.
Odd, beautiful and confusing

MuZz by FSc is one of the most unique graphic novels I've read. It is very creative and imaginative but with a dark, twisted underbelly that gets you hooked. When I picked this book up, I couldn't put it down. FSc gets you into the book with mystery then holds you tight with a 'what in god's name is going on?' attitude and a fantasy world that looks like it was made on a very good acid trip. FSc's characters are not quite well-developed yet but this is only the first volume I have read so I am expecting more development among them but nonetheless, the characters in this book are fascinating and weird. Overall, I liked this book and cannot wait for the next volume.
