Merric McKisson and Josh Pomelow host video game tournaments where some of the tournament players end up dead, with their personal information stolen by an international cyber-crime network. As their businesses are being targeted by the cyber thieves, a killer is determined to kill both of them and has also targeted the managers in their corporation. The FBI have not identified the murderer but are convinced the killer not only works within their company but is also part of a larger criminal network.
