Disappointed by quality of book

I’m exciting to use this book as a resource for my leadership team. I ordered this copy in “very good” condition hoping that I could keep it in good condition for the coming years. However, when I unpackaged it, the book was filthy with grime and it smelled funky and had warped pages as if it had gotten pretty wet previously. I ordered a new copy in “very good” condition while I had a free book reward, but I’ll be trying to sell this one I just opened if my newest order of it is in the desirable condition.
