Set against the backdrop of rural Nova Scotia, this story celebrates the forging of deep bonds which are possible between people and their cherished furry companions.

This chapter book is designed for the enjoyment of children, particularly from ages of 5-10. Atlantic Canadian children especially may relate well to this story.
