For most of us, achieving emotional well-being is the ultimate objective in life. We all want to concentrate on having peace of mind, regardless of how well we are doing in our personal and professional lives. However, sometimes it seems like a scarce resource that requires significant sacrifice to get. To find some "peace" in our life, we lament about sleep deprivation, ongoing physical discomfort, appetite loss, emotional eating, and mood fluctuations. The key query therefore becomes: What is impeding this mental tranquilly? Overthinking is one of the main causes, among other things. We revisit unhappy times by delving into the past and living them through again. We become stuck in "what if" scenarios and get anxious for no apparent cause. This book tries to pinpoint our thought processes and the reasons behind our propensity for "I do not know" situations. This book will help you understand yourself on a deeper level and live a resilient life. Help yourself let go of the past so you can move on. Determine the causes of some learned behaviour patterns throughout time and how, with some self-realization, to unlearn them. Discovering a viewpoint is more important than self-judging. There are seven chapters in this book on living a normal life and discovering inner peace. By looking for recurring patterns of overanalysing and self-doubt, I hope to assist readers in discovering themselves in this book. Also, to make sense of one's own self-perception and proceed hopefully in their lives. This book is not only a reflection of my counselling experience, but also of my personal and professional development as a psychologist. I wrote this work with consideration for both current and historical studies on growth and self-reflection. Topics including procrastination, inner critic, emotional vulnerability, letting go of the past and hurt, relationship goals contentment with oneself, and social validation will all be covered in this book.
