He kills monsters. She has nothing left to lose.Angel Sol s has spent years hunting men the law will never reach.
A former cartel enforcer with blood on his hands and a list that never gets shorter, he follows predators through encrypted forums, forgotten houses, and cheap motel rooms. He does not believe his violence makes him good. He only believes someone has to do it.
Then he meets Ruby.
Twenty-one, broke, and stranded in a desert town that has already taken everything from her, Ruby knows better than to trust a tattooed stranger with a gun and no convincing explanation for where he is going. But one night in his motel room becomes a place in his car, and a place in his car becomes a life moving through the scorched underside of America.
Angel wants to protect her from what he is.
Ruby wants him to stop deciding what she can survive.
As they travel deeper into a hidden economy of exploitation and violence, Ruby begins to understand that Angel is not searching for redemption. He is building a private war no two people could ever win. The question is no longer whether she can love a killer.
It is whether she is willing to become one beside him.
Motel Saints is a dark, erotic work of literary neo-noir about violence, complicity, damaged intimacy, and two people who decide that if the world will not save the innocent, they will make themselves into something it fears.
