Good starters for a large group

I teach the 7th-8th grade Sunday School class at my church, and have used this book for the past six sessions. I am 25, and the youngest teacher this group has ever had, so I wanted to have material that we could all relate to. The topics in this book are fantastic, because not only can I relate to them, but the kids seem to relate as well. As with any book/topic, there needs to be a fair amount of preparation time involved. The verses provided that back up the topics are good, but it's helpful to find even more. My class really enjoys discussing some of these topics.
