Sort of the Hallmark version of “Tremors”

Several overlapping action plots surrounding the mythological (Yeah, right) Mongolian death worms that protect Genghis Khan’s lost tomb. People are mysteriously dying from an unknown pathogen from wormy vectors. Doctors without Borders to the rescue. Broken down vehicles. Mean while back at the fracking plant, something is happening with disappearing workers that just may be worm-chow. On top of them are treasure hunters looking for “worm sign.” Also, electrostatic interference. Wait, did I mention some nefarious deals made for crates of something or other? We watch as they all overlap. Oh no, even an almost love story. All we need now is for the hero to ride off into the sunset, Lone Ranger style. Why not, as it was filmed entirely on location in Texas?
