impressive

This book was wonderful.Although I'm not in her target audience,I gleaned much valuable information.Her style is warm and engaging.It feels as though you are talking with a friend.A friend who is able to impart important health and fitness tips in a clear and factual manner.I especially appreciate that it is all based on solid Christian principles. She shares with us some of her personal journey and she does so in a sin cere and compelling fashion.All in all,a winner from a winsome young wo- man.Diana Anderson will go far.

Very Insightful

I bought this book not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised once I started reading it. It had a lot of great information and many helpful tips. It's definitely catered toward females but my husband has actually picked up a few exercise routines from the book (he'd die if he knew I said that). It's very easy to read and everything flows well together. My 15 year old daughter started reading it yesterday and is almost finished already. As a matter of fact, this might be the only book my daughter and I have ever BOTH enjoyed... and that's quite the accomplishment. We've found the tips for how to dress in the gym, and still look cute, great. We went to the store last week and have been looking good while working out ever since. Every exercise explained has a matching picture to show exactly what's being talked about. Also, as a Christian, I love that there's a Bible verse at the beginning of each chapter. It's quite unique and very refreshing to see a fitness book written from a Christ-centered perspective. All in all, it's just a great book for anyone interested in improving their health. I highly recommend it.
