For this volume we partnered with PLUM PRESS, who have turned in individual pieces as well as collaborations, making for the most colorful volume yet. The book is divided into three sections, one by each of the PLUM PRESS authors with collaborative work connecting the stories. The three central themes/stories are: Pure by Haejin Park - Fantasizing and giving up pureness. Shuck by Paige Mehrer- Covering, and the act of removing outer layers, transformation and dual natures. How to Scry by Sophie Page - Thought processes and introspection. A Young girl looks into a body of water and has visions that are reflections of her internal world. PLUM PRESS is a small press located in Brooklyn, NY. They publish comics, zines, and other printed materials and products. They host events and work in a variety of media.
