Mimi Finds Her Magic is a fun and whimsical (yet educational) story about fairies, mushroom dust, and selflessly helping others. Using rhyme and magic, I teach children about the power of shiitake mushrooms as a functional food because I believe that nature is the key to saving our future generations and giving them a chance at longer, healthier lives.
