one of a kind

I think this is one of the very few, and possibly the only, book on journaling directed at men. Of course, anyone can benefit from it but it brings out the unique concerns of men and how journaling will be helpful. Journaling can be a powerful tool for self growth as well as a way to solve problems, achieve goals and deal with the past.
