Packed with Information on Useful Resources

Midlife, New Life contains interviews, expert research findings, and explores what the authors call living consciously. This book is a good resource for people who have reached middle life or beyond. The authors focus on health (physical and mental), finances, work, living creatively, relationships, using technology, and developing resilience. My least favorite chapter was on helping humanity. I felt like I had been preached at to follow the authors’ worldview. I think this particular chapter could be divisive if your views differ. Most people who have reached middle age know what causes they want to support. Overall, the authors have packed in important information that should prove useful to readers.
