One of the best books I've seen for anger management

I've had a lot of personal experience using this book, and I've found it to be a godsend in helping to control and channel my feelings of rage, normal anger, low self-worth and - sometimes - helplessness. Mr. Klaver wrote it to be an easy-to-read guide to retaining one's sanity, safety and self-esteem in the modern world, and I've used it so much that I've gone through three copies.It is the basis and "bible" for one of the most successful of the men's anger management groups: Men at Peace. There are formal and informal groups in many US cities, and the book can be successfully and easily used by anyone interested in setting up such a group.The book has many guidelines, inspirational passages, and penetrating insights. I highly recommend it, and I'm happy to see so many copies available as such reasonable prices (I paid $95.00 for the last one I bought several years ago).Don't be put off by the partial stars - note that the person that did not leave a rating (which created the partial stars) was the author himself.

My Father

This book was written by my father. He is the most incredible personI have ever had the priveledge to meet. Being his son I have had thepriveledge of seeing that hiss whole life is devoted to three things...GOD, other people, and my mother. My dad worte this book to help men deal with anger in hopes that he could change at least one mans life. He has done that and more.
