This is a book of poetry that takes the reader through a year of the author's experience of joy and nostalgia, as well as frustration of everyday life. There is "Lunch Hour" that expresses her experience of Christmas shopping. "The Party" describes in a humorous way the author's introverted feelings at a Christmas party. There is a "Winter Scene", "First Hummingbird" and "Summer Fall". There are poems that reveal thoughts of her family and those such as "So Wrong, So Wrong, So Right" and "The Broken Path" which portray depth into life with which hopefully the readers can identify.
