Great for Dietitians who are looking for fast, inexpensive CEUs

The credits available from this edition must be used by May 2009. There will be a new edition of this book shortly. By all means, get it. I am pleased with Ms. Hark's knowledge and willingness to provide this inexpensive means to earn mandatory continuing education units for dietitians (and for whomever else might benefit from medical nutrition CEUs). There is a wide variety of topics, which was enjoyable. Answers are included, in case you're wondering, but nonetheless, this will be a good reference book for later.

Well-written

Well written with lots of good information. If you are a Registered Dietitian this is a GREAT way to get 35 CEUs for very little cost!

Great Beginners Book

Concise and to the point, this book is great aid to students learning about nutrition. Case studies help to relate to real life situations.
