In the 2021 Biennial Quilt Study, members of the American Quilt Study Group were challenged to study a medallion quilt and create a quilt inspired by the original. The inspiration quilts range from the eighteenth century to the twentieth century and the results are stunning! Some of the new quilts might be mistaken for the original while others are a fresh take on a classic look. In this book, American Quilt Study Group shares the 45 study quilts as seen at the 2022 AQSG Seminar in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
