cool!

Having a little sister sister who tattles and spies is tough enough. But wendy's little sister Katie isn't just a pain... she's perfect. Katie does everything well: her walls are covered with awards and medals. Wendy feels like a total failure next to the pest. Why can't wendy do something right for a change?

very good

Me and Katie (the pest) is about this girl named Wendy who thinks her sister Katie is a big pest. She's always spying and in to other people's belongings. Katie is always tattling on Wendy even if Wendy didn't do anything. the story is also about how Wendy gets jealous of Katie because Katie has a whole bunch of prizes and awards and she always trying to beat Wendy.I think Ann M. Martin wanted us to know that we should accept what we've got and try our hardest at what we do. Even if its standing little siblings.I like this book because it makes you want to keep reading and not put the book down. The story just makes you feel like your in the story with the character and the way the story goes it just makes it feel like your one of the characters.

This is my Favorite Book!

This book was one of my favorite books when I was in Elementry school. It was like someone was reading my mind and putting it all in a book. It's about a girl named Wendy, who's sister (Katie) is good at almost everything. When Wendy finally desides to take up horse riding lessons, her siser does too! Read the book to find out what happens! ********** stars

This was my favorite book when I was in Elementary school

Yes my name is Katie. I remember always checking this book out at the school library. It's so much fun. The story truly keeps kids interested. It has good lessons on sisterhood. Because I know that to my sister I was probably a pest at times too. I think it's best for kids about seven years old to eleven years old. It's about a girl named Wendy, whose little sister is perfect in everything. She can play the piano and pretty much do everything else. Wendy starts to feel a bit jealous and less than katie. Wendy decides to try something new, so she can get soem credit for something. Of course Katie doesn't make it easy. I don't want to ruin it for you, so I recommend you read it too.

Way to go, Ann M. Martin!

Before reading Me and Katie (the pest), I read Stage Fright, which is the book that comes before it. I liked both books a lot, but especially Me and Katie (the Pest). Ann M. Martin kept me interested and the book was very realistic. I know, because I have a sister, too. It reminded me of two of her other books: Ten Kids, No Pets, and its sequel, Eleven Kids, One Summer. I am nine years old.
