Excellent Preparation for Nursing Students

I work at Oral Roberts University (ORU) which ranks in the top ten in the nation's nursing schools. My granddaughter wants to become a nurse, and when I asked one of the teachers what preparation she needed, she told me that they had ordered this book for their students to study prior to their entrance exams. Good enough for me, so my granddaughter was thrilled when she opened her birthday present from me. Blessings, Cheryle

This study guide worked

This is the only study guide I used to study for the TEAS exam. There are 4 testing sections on the TEAS: Reading, Math, Science, and English. There are 2 practice tests for each and chapters on all the basic concepts. What I did was take one practice test from each section to see where my problem areas are, and then I studied the chapters. Then, I took the second set of practice tests from each section to see how much I improved. It worked great. I got a 90% on the official TEAS test.

This book really helped me take my PSB test. It had a lot of examples and it prepared me completely. Other students that were at the exam told me they wished they had the book before the test after they reviewed it. Highly recommended

I used this along with the Kaplan study guide- for the TEAS

I used this book for the TEAS test.This study guide has 8 tests- you get a good review. It explains the type of questions on the Tease, how the questions are worded. everything you need to know. If you are a smart student - but not the best test taker - I recommend the two book combination - ignore the TEAS study guide for that test.

Great Review

I used the kindle edition of this book as a studyguide for my PAX-RN test. The book covered the exact type of questions and material that were on the test. The book makes it easy to brush up on areas you are already doing well in and to really study for your weakest areas. This was hands down the best 9.99 I've spent in a long time! Well worth it.
