Webster defines "preparation" as the action or process of making something ready for use or the service of getting ready for some occasion, test, or duty. God prepares leaders for greatness, but they must be willing to allow Him to take them through "His" process. The journey where God is taking you is not AN EVENT; it's A PROCESS. This process isn't easy but it is necessary.
