Quality control needed!

I purchased a workbook with LIKE NEW condition and by their description, Like New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Pages are clean and not marred by notes or folds of any kind. However, I received this workbook with 6 fully solved pages as well as lots of notes on the sides. Quality control is definitely needed and I am upset with this purchase.
