Excellent Resource

This book is excellent reading material for anyone trying to move to problem-based learning in a middle school mathematics classroom. In addition to the lesson plan itself, it includes anecdotal classroom stories and examples of student work. Using this ideas in this book will help students make the connection between mathematics and other disciplines, and will help them better understand how mathematics is used in real world contexts.
