Good Spelling Book

My 6 year old daughter who is weak in spelling, actually likes this book. Along with the write the word exercises, each "unit" also has an activity such as a crossword puzzle, word find, fill-in, or free-form sentences for the words being practiced. This last page of the unit is definitely her favorite. The different write the word exercises are effective and she does know how to spell the list words by the end of the unit. She is even retaining how to spell the words which is refreshing. There are 14 5-8 page units which only take less than 20 minutes each to complete. She likes this book A LOT more than Spelling Workout A by Modern Curriculum Press.
