This book was written by LEIGH GREENWOOD and not PAMELA. It's a very good, marriage of convenience---turning to romance--tale. We enjoyed it very much

This book is full of vivid characters that make you wish Iron Springs was a real town! This is the second book centralized in Iron Springs. The first is "Just What the Doctor Ordered." You get drawn in to the small town atmosphere as you struggle with Gabe and Dana. Joint custody is left to Dana and Gabe after Gabe's sister dies of cancer. Dana has an antique business in New York and Gabe makes furniture in Iron Springs. The conflict is over Danny, a cute little two year-old. Leigh Greenwood really draws you in to the stuggle of promises kept. Danny's father was not interested in him until Mattie's death, and he has decided that he wants him. The only way Dana and Gabe can keep Danny is by getting married. Although it is a marriage of convience, past feelings surge forward as Dana struggles with returning to the small town she visited as a child. Dana and Gabe roll along finding out they have more in common than just loving Danny. They find out they love each other...This is a modern Greenwood in an old fashioned setting! I recommend it! Also, get the first book, "Just What the Doctor Ordered." It's worth it to revisit these chracters again!
