Love this Mandala book!

I've been coloring mandalas for years. I have really enjoyed this book. I find the pages are fine for using pencils or markers. I haven't had any problems at all with them bleeding through. (I use Tombow dual tipped markers and they work great on the pages.) There are very simple mandalas and others which are a little more involved. I'd recommend this book for beginners or those who color mandalas avidly. I also like the explanations on the opposite pages that tell about the mandala you're coloring. I generally read that later and let the mandala show which one appeals to me when I color...each night! I wish there were MORE like this (along the lines of Suzanne Fincher) that were very nice books, filled with plenty of mandalas and one mandala per page. Should someone wish to take one out and keep it or frame it or whatever, you haven't got another mandala on the opposite side of the page. Very nice, well put together book.

Great for relaxation and creativity

I bought this book several years ago and absolutely love it. The designs are beautiful and I like that the origins of each is given. A great way to give yourself a little creative boost.

thorough and handy

I have used this book for all sorts of different projects. The images are a big enough size to be re-proportioned for large projects or shrunken down for smaller ones. The source of each image is listed, with a story if applicable. I like this book better than my Mandalas of the World by Rudiger Dahlke. I use it more for artistic than meditation purposes.
