Performance Appraisals Made Easy

I've had this book for at least 5 years. Keep it on my shelf for both my own employee input form and conducting reviews. It's structured by job type (administrative, sales, etc.) and then sub-sorted by Top Performers, Average and Below Average. I've shared this book with many in my office and recommend it for anyone who has to conduct performance appraisals with any regularity. The book is all reviews that are mock-ups of actual reviews but provide a good baseline for comments that you can use in your own. Saves lots of time if you have tons of reviews to do.
