Managers, Sales Rep.'s, MBA-students.... this is a must have

The emphasis of this book is how organizational change is required to implement an information system. At this point, we have all been involved in new implementations or updates to existing implementation. This book addresses logical approaches to managing the organization during these changes. This book is **not** for techical administrators; however, it is an ideal resource for the non-technical manager who oversees a technical team, a technical business, or who wants to see the business grow to the Internet or use EDI type processes. Because it uses current cases to introduce concepts about networking, it would be ideal for a graduate business program. Because it is well written and clearly defines the key elements of networking, it would be a great desk reference for any business oriented manager or sales rep.

Excellent book!

The husband and wife team has made another excellent book. I specially liked the way the authors moved the most important (from my viewpoint) topics first. I and probably hundreds of students here in Manila use their book and it's an outstanding source of information.

comprehensive and easy to read

Used this book with a group of 18 managers on a management course. All acclaimed it as a very easy to understand book, very well written and comprehsive.

Much more than a study-book...

As a student at Antwerp University (UFSIA) Belgium we had to buy (and learn!!) this book. Buying it was the easy part. I have to tell you that you don't read this book overnight (I tried it :-)) But after all I liked the information I got from it, especially the real-life case studies. Which make this book more than a theoretical study-book. It was only a pitty that our professor skipped the chapter about the Internet.
