What an informative book. I read it before going to see my doctor - a lot of what was in the book was covered by my doctor - I felt like I could have an intelligent conversation with him! The book was well worth the money - glad I bought it!

This was a really good book about menopause. There is very little information about what menopause is like - what determines when you get there. But this book covers that. It is not new and some of the discussion about tamoxifen is outdated, but I liked the survey of women.
