12/27/25 - 12/30/25 Maid For Love (Gansett Island #1) by Marie Force This was a Christmas gift from my Book Pal from the Brenda Novak Book Group. My first ever endeavor of reading a Marie Force novel! She has written this series nineteen novels in all about Gansett Island and including the characters from this novel throughout the other series here and there. A small island off the cost of Rhode Island that holds some magical views of the ocean, and beautiful sunsets. A young man steps off a curb and a young girl on her way to work up on the hill at the fancy resort ends up injured hitting the young man while riding her bike hurrying to work. It’s kismet from there on and ups and downs. Parents/siblings give grief and turmoil, what family doesn’t?
