Jay and Aru are two of the most popular students in wizardry school. But, before they can graduate, they must venture out into the REAL world and fulfill a one year magic contract with a human girl named Cho-Ah. Is Cho-Ah ready for a whole year with two enthusiastic wizards-to-be at her beck and call? You never know what's going to happen next on this magical, mystical, Manhwa journey
Magical JxR is basically about two young wizards-in-training, Jay and Aru, who must, for part of their final assignment, go to the human world and work on their magic under the direction of a human girl, Cho-Ah. Though it starts out slow, you will NOT be disappointed with the story as it progresses. I absolutely adore the scenes between Jay and Aru, because both of them are brats and more or less loathe each other...and yet when their opposing magical powers (fire and water) are combined, they can really do amazing things. The art is FANTASTIC. Lee Sun-Young has the kind of artistic talent I find so appealing in Korean manhwas. It's fresh, original, and beautiful. I can't say enough good things about it. Waiting for the second volume to come out for the next couple months will be quite painful.
