At a luxury resort in sunny Mexico, cast and crew film the hit reality dating show, Love's a Beach. The series is known for plotlines as shallow as the turquoise waters, but this season takes a dark turn when a cast member is found dead. Thalia, a passionate environmentalist and contestant who was falling for the victim, is hiding her true motivation for coming on the show. When it becomes clear the death wasn't an accident, they must work with the local police to close out the investigation before their secrets come to light. Easier said than done when everyone is playing a role, and the resort is anything but a paradise.
