Charming and Real-World Romantic

Rosie Weaver runs a small-town boardinghouse from which she operates her business as an herbalist. Will Hawthorne moves in to save expenses. He's an accountant who lost everything when his ex-wife ran away with their two little boys and his business partner. While a detective searches for Will's children, Will struggles to pay off his debts and not fall in love with Rosie, who is the woman he's always wanted. Muriel Jensen's books are so surprising. Her characters have a depth and a reality that are unusual. I'm obsessed with reading all of her older books because she creates men who are startling because they talk and feel like real men (the best kind). This one, like many of her books, is a keeper.
