Lobbying is also illegal (and not needed) in this New Congress.Pepe Cienfuegos doesn't care anyway. He never voted before and just wants to continue his career as an engineer at earthmoving giant Caterpillar, Inc. But Pepe gets "selected" and sent to DC to be a New Representative. Pepe's not happy. Pepe's girlfriend is not happy. The only person who seems happy at Pepe's dilemma is the Caterpillar CEO who sees opportunity for Pepe... and CAT.
