Intro to a Life of Health and Peace

My very favorite book on Healthy Living. And I ordered it accidently. Oh, yeah make Disease disappear. An easy read. . Exercise was my goal after being 2 months down, with a break in a vertebra and at 88 I now walt a mile at a decent pace, 4 to 5 times a week. Also easy to follow suggested eating habits. Plus more. I'm feeling good again.
