This book is 5 stars in that: *Most important: You feel good, really good when you read it. *A how to book - made very simple (unique) and works! *You relate, learn, and feel the difference what this book can make. *His explainations are very easy to grasp and his exercises are simple yet powerful. *Any page, randomly open any page and you can get helpful information. *He doesn't waste words and makes sense of life, giving, receiving, acceptance, not holding grudges (forgiveness) and to hold your thought clearly in your mind. *I've some of his other books and he is a great author. *This book - I keep by my beside and read a little each night. *I learn something or relate somehow to what he says and what it is causing and how to "simply" just change a few things in your mind. *Along with much, much more. A Powerful Book!
