Fun series to binge-watch.

Based on the movie of the same name. A subpar twenty-eight-year-old man happens upon a drug called NZT-48. As things snowball, He is recruited by conflicting interests as the drug gives him insight that everyone wants to take advantage of. Of course, the man, Bryan Finch, played by Jake McDorman, has his own agenda and morals that may conflict with those people taking advantage of his newfound ability. As with all series, each episode (22) has its own problem and is resolved within the context of the overall mystery that leaves you with a cliffhanger. Some episodes seem to run out of ideas or are just trying to be campy, as we also get one with their idea of “Farris Buller’s Day off” and other quirkier themes. Do not look for season 2, but still worth the binge and kibitz.
