Most thinking change doesn't happen in a single moment of insight. It happens in the small, daily accumulation of a different way of looking - at a situation, at a relationship, at yourself.
Liminal Shift is a 52-week journal built on NLP presuppositions - foundational assumptions drawn from Neuro-Linguistic Programming that, when genuinely adopted, produce measurably different thinking, communication, and behaviour.
Volume One accompanies the first 26 weeks of the practice. Each weekday opens with one presupposition - a title, a clear explanation, and a grounded real-life example. The facing page is yours: lined for writing, with space for sketching, mapping, or simply sitting with what the idea brings up.
Each weekend offers two reflection pages - one to close the week honestly, one to open the next one with intention.
This is not a workbook to be completed. It is a practice to be lived. You do not need prior knowledge of NLP, coaching, or psychology. You need only the willingness to show up daily and write honestly about what one idea produces in your thinking.
Over 26 weeks, 130 presuppositions will pass through your hands. Some will land immediately. Some will resist. Some will return to you months later in a moment you did not expect.
That is the shift.
For professionals, leaders, coaches, and anyone who wants to think more clearly, lead more freely, and live more deliberately.
