Lights in the dark details the Hasani's struggle during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how he used poetry as a means to overcome the isolation and pain during that time. As someone gifted with neurodivergence and a wide spectrum of mood, Hasani knows first hand what's it takes to turn "darkness" into "light".

From the gritty poems about his failing dating life to his minute victories through out his ordeals, "light in the dark" exemplifies fortitude and resilience in his poems, and served as a glimmer of hope for all who carries the torch.

These collection of poems are as he puts it "not for everyone", meaning, they aren't written per say for a set audience, but rather as a means of getting his ideas out there. They are all raw and unedited, and organized in no specific order to illustrate the chaotic nature of not only Hasani's life, but the world it self.
