A Must Read

This is a well written book of messages to help us live happier lives. I am a very slow reader, as far as reading a lot all at one time, and the chapters in this book are short, informative and to the point. It is like getting lots of little presents and the excitement of opening each one, to find a gift worth remembering for the rest of your life. In each chapter I find myself, seeing my habits that should be changed, like using the word BUT. Not going to expand on that one, you must buy the book and read it for yourselves. I once heard a guy say " they (women) all get the same book at 13 that's why they are the way they are. I don't think that was meant as a compliment. Well, if we all got this book we might be more content within and around others.

Life is Like Making Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a must read for anyone looking for a new perspective on life. I love to read one or two chapters a night, just before going to bed. I was sorry I finished this book, so I am going to read it again! Susie has funny, insightful stories that guide you in thinking about life and improving your relationships with the people around you and with God. Reading it leaves you with a good feeling.

simple, easy to read & understand.....can read over & over

I enjoyed this book ! First, it is a simple book, easy to relate to every day lessons on life. You can read it in a day, then re-read it when the need feels right. So many gentle reminders on how we can all look at life with a smile and feeling just a little bit better for reading this book.
