When Shirley Andrews invited me to be included in her book, I was very interested in the nature of her work and took great pleasure as I watched the book unfold. Her research was meticulous, her understanding was sensitive and profoundly respectful to the knowledge she researched. Her interest in the sharing of others thoughts and experiences of those times showed someone who had a deep passion for the subject and its underlying truth.All this is reflected in her wonderful book. I find it contains a depth of knowledge which will fascinate all those who seek to understand this little known time so many people are fascinated to explore. The question has to be-why are they? This in itself is a true crux as to why the book was written. Shirley, like many, felt a need to explore this ancient knowledge like a revisiting of her past, and in that lay a need to share her discoveries and intuitive reactions with others. And so "Lemuria and Atlantis- Studying the past to survive the future" was born.I believe that now as man evolves more into truth as part of the new earth, he has a greater need to explore a deep past which may well have been responsible for the molding of our present selves and how we fit into the world today. Since the times of Lemuria where man discovered physicality and merged earth and etheric bodies together, man has undergone a long journey. He has Learnt to be human and learnt to evolve as he explored all aspects of his world. This was evidenced so strongly in Atlantis with two groups in opposition and leading to destruction. One aspect of this is exemplified in my chapter called "Diadenon" (appendix 1). Many believe now is the time when man is asked to unite with all selves and merge into union with the fullness of soul energy which is the self. In this-we are asked to release all that no longer serves us from all lives. It is as if we stand here in this century-yet behind us all others we have been line up waiting to be part of us - as union of all as One. To achieve this-we are asked to release all that no longer serves us, but also to embrace all that does. As we shed and embrace these layers, we become more of our full selves and so we stand ready to part of the New Earth. Since many of us begun in those earliest of days, where our blue print as human began, many find a need to go back and explore those times. There is little available that we know of, although there is much in the artifacts that have been discovered and yet have not been understood. Shirley has done a wonderful job unearthing much of this with careful and painstaking research. But she has gone further. She has used this evidence she has collected with the past life memories of many who she has sought out. This has added credence to her findings as one supports the other. But in these memories lie a depth of truth. These truths shared by others are anecdotes of a forgotten past and add such a depth of knowledge. The stories and comments

Lessons from the past, present and future

Shirley Andrews wrote a fascinating book about the history of Lemuria and Atlantis. When it comes to sharing information about lost cultures and civilizations, the "evidences", "theories" and "truths" are many. The way this book is written combines these different aspects in a masterful way without being presumptious in any way. Beyond this, Andrews builds a bridge between today's developments and similar, recurring patterns in the past- which led to the demise of societies. Her conclusion: Let's do it better this time and let's do something about it right now! I highly recommend this book to people who are interested in the big picture beyond time and space. And those who asked themselves in biology, geography, philosophy and history lessons at school: "Is that all?"

This books stirs all the fires of soul-memory regarding these 2 incredible civilizations....and here ..inside these pages are great Truths as yet unknown ... 'Atlantis/Lemuria' answers many questions of Earths' Song in that ...there are many today who remember the Golden Age and even the sharing of other star-nations with Atlantis and Lemuria .. Shirley Andrews has done it again ....I couldnt get it all in one reading ...so now Im on my 2nd as i sail over my beloved Atlantis thru the Leeward and Windward islands of the West Indies .....
