Lee Harvey Oswald's Confederates

Until a note was sent by Deputy Attorney General, Nicholas Katzenbach, to Bill Moyers, the White House Press Secretary under President Johnson, no eyewitness testimony had been collected about the actual shooting of President Kennedy. Based on comparisons of the activities of Lee Harvey Oswald, his main "scheduled" eyewitness Howard Brennan, and details found in the story line and dialog of the defendant and main eyewitness in the play "Twelve Angry Men," it can be seen that Oswald became a victim of secret service in-fighting to prevent eyewitness testimony to be given about Mr. Oswald. No trial was held, due to Oswald being killed, and no eyewitness testimony was taken for the F.B.I.'s report that focused solely on Oswald as the lone shooter of Kennedy. Not until the establishment of the Warren Commission, via the gentle urging through Katzenbach's note to Moyers did the focus change to gathering eyewitness testimony, and even then, Howard Brennan's testimony about not seeing the actual shooting of Kennedy by Oswald was ignored by the Commission. There is only one reason for this, that Brennan was also a "confederate," ally, for Oswald, and the one main piece of evidence that worked for the defendant in "Twelve Angry Men" that should have worked for Oswald was the main eyewitness' failure to see the exact killing. If such testimony worked for the play's defendant, then as this conspiracy did actually take dialog and activity from the play, then such same testimony should have worked for Oswald--all planned for by his "confederates"--his allies--who had apparent control over Oswald's part in the conspiracy.
