This is the simplest book I’ve ever read that teaches you to read Hebrew.

Come on? Spoilers? This is a book that can teach a child, and up to an adult how to read Hebrew. And that’s on the cover of the book! Each letter is gone over and pronunciation is written with examples that all can easily get the sound pronounced. And then you make small words at first and then bigger words as you progress.
It’s all done in such a way that it rewards the student each step of the way. Ask yourself, how did you learn your native language? By small words and then small phrases and sentences. I think adults fail at language because they try and learn it all at once. Instead of as they did as a child.
This book isn’t about writing yet if there were pages added to practice writing while pronouncing each letter and word things would move along real quick. Brains are funny that way.
Ordered more copies!

I ended up ordering more books to send to children to ready them for bar Mizvehs and to others so we can have our own “code” with each other. I love the helps and keys that remind me what the letter represents. Excellent!!!
