Quinn present a seven point plan that is scalable to any size organization, and that can be used in part or in whole. The fact is that innovative leaders are lurking in every organization, doing their magic by flying under the radar and need to be elevated into prominence and acceptability. The world is littered with the ghosts of companies that were incapable of change. Innovation only pays in the future, and this book is chock full of charts, exercises and checkpoints to take your company there!
