Interesting but a bit simplistic

This is a book about problem personalities (narcissist etc), why they so often aspire to lead other people and why they too often succeed. It's got quite a bit of interesting material on psychology etc, for example the development of problem personalities, social dynamics etc., but I don't agree with some of the conclusions and I think they are the result of insufficient analysis or personal bias. But lots of worthwhile ideas too..
