Very Useful

This book was instrumental in developing the policies and procedures for my preschool center. It offers wonderful information for the new leader or supervisor as well as veterans in the business. I have been in the business for over 12 years and was able to gather some very useful information. The book contains activities that will help solidify the concepts expressed. I would definately recommend this title.
