يمكن القول إن هذه هي الرواية اللبنانية الأولى عن انفجار الرابع من آب ٢٠٢٠ . الأحداث الرئيسية تدور قبل ساعة من الانفجار الرهيب، لكن عمر معاناة الضحايا قد يكون أطول من ذلك بكثير. في رواية تقوم على تصميم متقن للوقت، نقرأ سردا لقصتين، تجمعان الكثير من الأبطال، والقليل منهم أيضا الزوج الذكوري والمتسلّط، ميشا الزوجة الضحية لزوجها وللنظام، وعباس، الذي يسمّي نفسه هند ويعلن نفسه امرأة. خلال أحداث ١٧ تشرين الأول ٢٠١٩ في لبنان، التقت ميشا بهند، وجمعتهما صداقة سمحت لهما بتبادل الألم. ولكن وفرّت مساحةً للأمل أيضا. لكن، فجأة، حدث الانفجار وانتهى ما لم يكد يبدأ.
This can be said to be the first Lebanese novel about the August 4, 2020 explosion. The main events take place an hour before the terrible explosion, but the victims' suffering may be much older than that. In a novel based on an elaborate design of time, we read a narrative of two stories that bring together many heroes, and few as well: the patriarchal and domineering husband, Misha the wife who is a victim of her husband and the system, and Abbas, who calls himself Hind and declares himself a woman. During the October 17, 2019 events in Lebanon, Misha met Hind, and a friendship brought them together that allowed them to share pain. But it also provided space for hope. But suddenly, the explosion happened and what had barely begun came to an end.
