Knowledge Creation in Telemedicine Under Cloud Environment. Trapezoidal Neutrosophic MCDM Approach The potential of knowledge creation in Telemedicine (Tm) is very high due to its ubiquitous environment and wider community participa-tion in ICT-based communication and interactions between individuals, com-munities, and systems. In this research we proposed a knowledge creation model in cloud environment by considering three settings: individual, com-munity, and systems (patients or users, communities, organizations) all de-fined as community of business (CoB), in that they have cross-cutting con-cerns in the health service domain. The model has 5 dimensions: Behavioral factors (BF), Knowledge management system (KMS), Community of inquiry (CoI), Community of practice (CoP), and Cloud technology (CLT).
