Grilling Genius

I have dozens of cook books but this is one of my favorites. Easy recipes with wonderful flavor for all types of fish and meats. They can be used under the broiler or in a pan if you can't grill outside and they are super. (Who would have imagined the British were so good with food!)

great book for beginners

great for any beginners. focuses on the "technical" aspects of cooking, instead of offering countless recipes that one can easily follow, yet not necessarily understand. great for knowing the WHY's and HOW's of basic cooking, before attempting any recipes.
