An Incredibly Valuable Tool for All Working Teams

I have used the Kingdomality Program with many work teams and with my church council over the past 8 years. It is an entertaining and valuable way for individuals to understand the powerful impact of personal style, preference, and motiviation - and how that diversity can drive team results or cripple its capacity. You may be familiar with other programs based on the same psychological underpinnings. However - the Kingdomality program presents this material in a manner which is fresh, entertaining, and provides imagery and vocabulary that allows a work team to put it to use. Not the same old business book

The quiz is uncannily accurate, and if nothing else, you'll bond with the people around you over this.
